Stephen Jorgensen, Assistant Deputy Secretary Veterans Memorial and Cemetery, said there was around 1,700 grave sites at the cemetery. He was excited to address the youth, "This is a wonderful opportunity to teach the scouts what Memorial Day is all about," Jorgensen said.
